Investment Opportunity
Given the continuing strong job growth and household formation in this close-in northern Virginia suburb, we built a luxury high-rise rental community next to another one of our successful developments, the Halstead Tower. The property is surrounded by major businesses, shopping and dining and only one traffic light from the intersection of King Street and Interstate-395.

We put together a first-rate design team that created an atmosphere that reflects luxury, sophistication and comfort. Our amenities exhibit a design of modern sophistication that starts in the dramatic Grand Lobby and continues up to our 15th floor Club Room that provides entertainment and relaxation. And there are a variety of floor plans with expansive windows that allow for amazing city, river and sunset views. Once all of the subcontracts were bought out there was so much demand for a Class A high rise project in this area that we decided to presell the property to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
