We acquired and renovated a luxury apartment building located in Hoboken, NJ. Constructed in 2008, the property includes 217 units and 2,000 square feet of retail space. It is situated a few blocks from both the Hoboken PATH Terminal and Hudson River ferry, which provide direct access to Manhattan. The property also has easy access to the region’s major highways and transportation corridors, including the New Jersey Turnpike, Lincoln Tunnel, and the Holland Tunnel.
The renovation program included upgrades to the lobby, leasing office, and courtyard, as well as the additions of a package storage system, the MyHalstead virtual concierge, a yoga studio, a toddler-nanny play room, a dog grooming center, and a custom bike repair shop. Through intensive asset and rent management, we significantly increased the property’s occupancy and performance.
