Located in Abington, MA we have begun our value add and repositioning program of this 180-unit garden style community through the implementation of our signature Halstead brand amenities, resident services, and technology initiatives.

The property is well located in greater Boston’s rapidly growing Southeastern corridor and provides easy access to Route-128 via Route 3 and to points south via Route 3 and Route 24. The first phase of our value-add program is complete and includes the delivery of a dog park, a children’s playground, a Halstead Town Center with a curling court, corn hole, chess, barbecue grills and a fire pit. In addition, we converted the indoor pool to an outdoor pool surrounded by lounge seating and barbecue grills.
The final phase of our value-added renovation will include the delivery of a Halstead Club resident lounge including a package room for on-demand, 24/7 package retrieval and a brand new fitness center.
