We acquired and renovated the common area spaces in this 244-unit apartment community in Northern Virginia’s thriving technology corridor with new amenities that set a new standard of luxury living in the area.
The property lies in the epicenter of Northern Virginia’s technology corridor and is in close proximity to Dulles National Airport, as well as major local highways into downtown Washington, DC, Tysons Corner, and the greater metropolitan area. Additionally, it is perfectly positioned to capture the long-term benefits of the Metro Silver Line service to Dulles.
We implemented a complete clubhouse and resident corridor renovation program tied into our Halstead brand concept, which focuses on innovative amenities, design, and technology. A new Halstead Club resident lounge was created, offering designer seating, a handcrafted fireplace, large screen televisions, and a fully equipped business center with iMacs. The brand-new fitness center offers a virtual yoga studio, a golf simulator, and a resort-style pool and spa. Upgrades to carpeting, paint, and lighting were also made to the resident corridors.
Halstead Dulles was sold in October 2018.
