Repositioning Strategy
We added significant value with our Halstead brand concept. In addition to creating the Halstead Club, an amenity-rich resident lounge, we converted the entire 40th floor from a seldom-used banquet space into a best-in-class health club with unsurpassed views of Long Island Sound and Manhattan. Occupying 13,000 square feet, it includes a fully equipped cardio and strength training gym, yoga studio, spinning room, group fitness room, and virtual boxing area. We also created a brand-new lobby, leasing office, and pet park, as well as upgraded the resident corridors.
Halstead New Rochelle was sold in December 2018.
