Located in Boston’s North Shore, Halstead Danvers offered the opportunity to reposition a well-located, garden-style community in a high-barrier-to-entry suburban market.

We reimagined the resident experience through a targeted renovation, including an indoor sports court, HD virtual golf simulator, and state-of-the-art fitness center complete with a spin room, boxing ring, and yoga room.

New programming and design brought the Halstead brand to life—curating a lifestyle that appealed to suburban renters. On the operational side, we implemented a utility reimbursement program, restructured service contracts, and retooled the property’s marketing efforts to capture the asset’s value proposition. These initiatives strengthened resident retention, grew net operating income, and elevated the property’s competitive position in the market.
