Situated in one of Greater Boston’s most robust suburban employment corridors, Halstead Framingham offered an opportunity to elevate a large-scale, mid-rise community into a modern, amenity-rich residential destination.
Our strategy focused on revitalizing the resident experience and improving operational performance. We created a comprehensive Halstead amenity package resident experience with new soccer fields, bocce and pickleball courts. We also modernized the property’s systems by replacing outdated boilers, installing new generators and adding window insulation. In addition to significantly reducing our utility costs, the costs of these improvements were discounted by leveraging state and municipal rebate programs.
Through hands-on asset management and a focus on reducing operating inefficiencies, we successfully repositioned this community as a vibrant and efficient residential offering in the suburban Boston market.
