The property benefits from strong regional connectivity and close proximity to Brown University and its medical school and hospital complex.

We executed a value-add strategy that both modernized the amenities and streamlined the property’s operations.

Amenity enhancements included a refurbished modern fitness center, our our Halstead work-from-home concept, a virtual golf simulator, and a carefully curated graffiti artist exhibition highlighting Providence’s diverse population.

Operational improvements included the installation of professional management systems, utility expense reimbursement programs, and a targeted marketing initiative.
