We fully repositioned the property as a Halstead, by creating a best-in-class fitness center, a reimagined leasing and resident arrival experience, a modernized pool deck, and a new outdoor grilling area. Simultaneously, with our renovation we implemented several energy savings initiatives such as installing a new heating system, air handling units, and efficient LED lighting which yielded significant annual savings.
