Since acquiring the property, we have added value with our Halstead brand concept. In addition to creating the Halstead Club, an amenity-rich resident lounge with a Karaoke studio, we converted a vacant retail space into a fitness center. This fitness center includes a fully equipped cardio and strength training gym, a yoga studio with Fitness on Demand, a Peloton Bicycle spinning room, and a virtual golf suite. We also created a brand-new lobby, leasing office, business center, and individual conference rooms.
