We redeveloped a 124-unit high-rise corporate housing property located in downtown White Plains, NY. The property is situated directly across the street from the Metro-North train station, providing direct service to Manhattan’s Grand Central Station in 30 minutes, as well as excellent access to the many employers located in the area.
The DSF Group successfully transformed a short-term corporate housing project into a boutique luxury, multi-family community. We completed a unit renovation program that included new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and premium flooring. Additionally, we installed new carpet in the corridors, upgraded elevator landing areas, added state-of-the-art washers and dryers, a sleek new lobby, and the MyHalstead resident app technology. The community also boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center, amenity-rich Halstead Club, expansive courtyards, and a rooftop terrace.
Halstead White Plains was sold in January 2017.
